The Evening

​

This is unlike anything you’ve experienced before; mindfulness, art-making, and a delightful time with friends, all woven into one evening.

​

Picture this: soft music, good company, a glass of wine, the quiet hum of a room full of people who all decided to show up for themselves tonight. Best of all? No art experience necessary.

​

Dr. Yanina Gomez opens with a short, guided meditation built around one question — when do you feel most alive? — and from there, artist Sergio Gomez takes over, guiding you through expressive painting with zero pressure to be “good at it.” No judgment in the room. Just paint, wine, music, and a couple of hours that belong entirely to you.

​

By the end of the night, you’ll walk out with a finished piece, a clearer head, and probably a few new friends.

Dr. Yanina Gomez, PhD — Mindset & Emotional Wellness Specialist, Author

Dr. Yanina Gomez is an author, speaker, and mindset and emotional wellness specialist with a PhD in Psychology and training in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. She helps women in business + leadership and artists create and lead from a place of health rather than self-doubt. She is the lead author of Crush Self-Sabotage and Live Fully!, author of Moms Don't Quit! and Today's Working Artist, and hosts the podcast Inside Edge: Mindset + Emotional Wellness for Women Entrepreneurs.
