OH ART'S CULTURALLY INSPIRED VISUAL LANGUAGE PROGRAM
OH ART EDUCATION
Arts Education: Cultivating the Next Generation
At the OH Art Foundation, we believe that exposing youth to diverse cultures from an early age is vital to creating a healthy, compassionate society. By offering students the tools to explore and express their unique identities, we enhance the social and emotional development necessary for lifelong success. Our education department serves as a foundational "entry point" in our full-circle ecosystem, where creative learning directly feeds into our broader mission of intergenerational and cross-cultural exchange.
Through our year-round weekly classes, immersive summer camps, and community workshops, we offer high-quality art-making experiences to youth and community members of all ages and backgrounds. Our proprietary culture-based curricula allow students to expand their understanding of global traditions, empowering them to use art as a language to connect with themselves and become open-minded citizens of the world.
Programs & Community Impact
-
K-12 Weekly Classes & Summer Camps: Hands-on art-making opportunities rooted in the exploration of global traditions and diverse cultural contexts.
-
Annual Student Art Exhibition: We celebrate this year-round journey every December—a signature event that brings families together to honor the creative growth of our youth.
-
Community Workshops: Our monthly workshops foster a vibrant, non-traditional learning space where curiosity and creativity thrive across generations, further strengthening our intergenerational and cross-cultural ties.
Our Commitment to Accessibility
To ensure our programs remain equitable and inclusive, we are committed to implementing a sliding-scale scholarship system designed to remove financial barriers to high-quality arts education. Our goal is to ensure that every aspiring artist has a seat in our classrooms, regardless of economic background.
