Alchemy of Memory

Alchemy of Memory is a community-centered workshop exploring how personal histories, especially difficult or pivotal experiences, can be acknowledged, transformed, and carried forward with intention. Participants are invited to bring an object representing a meaningful moment and reflect on how it has shaped their lives.

Through guided conversation, writing, and shared ritual, the workshop creates a space to release emotional burdens, reclaim agency, and move forward with renewed strength and clarity.
